What we do

Three things, done properly.

Pet odor elimination

Urine soaks past the blades into the backing and the infill, which is why rinsing it never works. We treat it at that level so the smell is gone, not covered up.

Debris removal

Leaves, dust, pet hair and the grit that works its way down between the blades and holds moisture. All of it lifted out rather than pushed around.

Fiber restoration

Foot traffic and sun flatten the blades until the lawn looks worn and grey. Restoring the fibers stands them upright again, and the colour comes straight back with them.
